How do I use the dashboard? Start in Program Console and treat the dashboard as a “control room” for a single patient scenario or a representative patient segment. In Overview, set the site context and pathway (outpatient, inpatient, ED, emergent add-on, oncology), then toggle the intervention stack (prep call, comfort bundle, positioning checklist, motion navigators, real-time motion AI, rescue protocol, rapid sequences, DL reconstruction, retrospective motion correction, and automated IQA). Move to Risk Factors to model the patient’s motion drivers (age, sex, BMI, race/ethnicity, tolerance signals such as claustrophobia and pain, and context flags such as a language barrier or prior motion-limited exams). Use the Scheduling and Prep tabs to translate risk into workflow actions, such as longer slots, morning placement, technologist assignment, and micro-counseling prompts. If you are planning a program, use Data Contract to paste your CSV headers and map them to the canonical fields, confirm Data readiness on the output panel, then align measurement using the KPI Dictionary. Finally, use Governance to generate a copyable or printable governance packet, and use the Pilot Playbook to run the 12-week implementation as a structured project. At any time, use Export CSV to pull a summary of risk and projected impact, Print for a one-page brief, or Reset to clear the saved state.
What does the information tell me? The Decision Output panel converts research components into actionable operational signals. It shows a motion-risk band (Low, Moderate, High) with a transparent score and probability estimate, and projects the annualized operational impact of your selected intervention mix, including prevented motion-limited exams, prevented repeats, saved scanner minutes, and repeat-related cost avoidance. It also surfaces implementation readiness (whether your required data fields are mapped), which serves as a gate before you attempt real integration. If equity monitoring is enabled, the dashboard raises an equity alert when the projected stratified performance gap exceeds your threshold, prompting workflow mitigation actions (interpreter access, scheduling constraints, pain management, protocol consistency, technologist coaching) rather than restricting access based on patient attributes. In short, the dashboard shows where motion risk concentrates, which intervention layers deliver the most leverage in your environment, whether your data infrastructure can support measurement, and whether your program design is drifting toward inequitable outcomes that require governance action.
