Model notes
Structure. Annual discrete-time prevalence: p(t+1) = p(t) + (1 − p(t))·I* − p(t)·R*.
Rates. Incidence falls with obesity, inactivity, smoking, lifestyle, diet, and awareness inputs. Remission rises with treatment and sustained lifestyle; policy multiplies adoption.
Glucose. Heuristic trend approaches a new steady state driven by diet and stress changes.
