Your experience can help identify the digital, physical, and organizational conditions that make imaging work more sustainable. If you work at several sites, answer workplace questions for the site where you do the largest share of your clinical imaging work.

Research development: This is a pilot questionnaire. It has not yet been validated, and it is not a diagnostic or employee performance assessment.

Purpose and eligibility

This study explores clinical working conditions, practical support, and intention to remain in imaging. You must be age 18 or older, have your primary clinical imaging workplace in the United States or a U.S. territory, and have personally performed diagnostic imaging examinations as a technologist or sonographer during the past four weeks. Student-only placements and solely administrative or interpretation roles do not qualify.

Your choice

Taking part is voluntary. You may skip any question after eligibility and consent or leave before submitting. No partial answers are saved by this survey. There is no payment or guaranteed personal benefit.

Risks and privacy

Some questions may cause professional discomfort. Do not include names, employers, patient information, or details that could identify another person. Responses are stored in this website’s database and may be exported by authorized study administrators for analysis. Website hosting or security logs may record IP addresses separately from survey responses. Findings may be reported in aggregate, and deidentified excerpts from optional comments may be used in research reports or publications.

Withdrawal

You may clear your answers before submission. Because we do not request participant identifiers, we ordinarily cannot identify a submitted response for withdrawal.
